Holistic Health Consultations
Receive suggestions for holistic approaches to diet, lifestyle, movement, and herbal support. Develop routines and rituals which optimize health, improve energy levels, and nurture your whole being. This service combines all my years of study and experience working with people, and with bodies. Drawing primarily on my studies of Appalachian Folk Medicine, each session includes: an overall assessment of health; insight into your elemental constitution; yoga poses and/or a short routine which is beneficial for your overall health goals; suggestions for other supportive movement activities and lifestyle choices; suggestions for supportive herbal allies and nutritive supplements; specific food and recipe suggestions to nurture your individual constitution and support your health goals.
